By creating an account or using Total Human, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Description of Service
Total Human provides AI-assisted essay generation tools. The service is offered on a subscription basis at $10 per month, which includes up to 7 essays per billing cycle.
3. Account Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree not to share your account with others. You must be at least 13 years old to use this service.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree to use Total Human only for lawful purposes. You may not use the service to generate content that is defamatory, harassing, or otherwise harmful. You are solely responsible for how you use the content generated.
5. Billing and Cancellation
Subscriptions are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time through the billing portal in your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Upon cancellation, your account and associated data will be permanently deleted.
6. Refunds
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods or unused essays. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 7 days of the charge.
7. Intellectual Property
Content generated by Total Human is provided for your personal use. We do not claim ownership of generated content. However, you may not resell or redistribute the service itself.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that generated content will pass any specific AI detection tool, meet academic requirements, or be error-free.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Total Human shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
