1. Information We Collect

We collect the following information when you use Total Human:

• Account data: email address and password (stored securely via Supabase)
• Payment data: billing information processed and stored by Stripe — we never store your card details
• Usage data: a count of essays generated per billing cycle, used to enforce your plan limit

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information solely to:

• Authenticate your account and maintain your session
• Process subscription payments through Stripe
• Track essay usage against your monthly limit
• Send transactional emails (e.g. payment receipts) via Stripe

We do not sell your data, serve ads, or share your information with third parties outside of Supabase and Stripe.

3. Essay Content

The prompts and essays you generate are sent to OpenAI and StealthGPT to produce your output. We do not store the content of your essays — only a usage count is recorded.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate:

• Supabase — authentication and database
• Stripe — payment processing and subscription management
• OpenAI — essay generation
• StealthGPT — AI humanization

Each service operates under its own privacy policy.

5. Data Retention

Your account data is retained for as long as your subscription is active. When you cancel your subscription, your account and all associated data — including usage records — are permanently deleted.

6. Cookies

We use cookies solely for session management to keep you logged in. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.

7. Your Rights

You may request deletion of your account and data at any time by cancelling your subscription through the billing portal in settings. Cancellation triggers immediate deletion of all data we hold about you.

8. Security

We use industry-standard practices to protect your data. Passwords are hashed and never stored in plain text. Payment data is handled entirely by Stripe and never touches our servers.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
